Asst. Prof. Mert Yildirim Attended the Event Organized for the 30th Anniversary of the Turkish Informatics Foundation as an Invited Guest

Students supervised by Asst. Prof. Mert YILDIRIM, at Istanbul Gelisim University, were awarded first prize in the "Artificial Intelligence, Hardware, Autonomous Systems and Robotics" category at the "Research and Innovation Award-Winning Project Competition" organized by the university.

Asst. Prof. Mert YILDIRIM's paper, "A Comprehensive Review of Advanced and Conventional Manufacturing Techniques for Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Matrix Composites," has been published in full text in the Proceedings of the 5th International Materials Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Congress (IMEAMTC’26).

The "From Idea to Value: Entrepreneurship and Innovation" panel, organized by the New Generation Entrepreneurship and Innovation Application and Research Center, addressed university-industry collaboration, entrepreneur support mechanisms, and the transformation of innovation into tangible value through systematic structures.

A review meeting regarding the preparation process for the International Women's Entrepreneurship Conference was held under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Tarık ÇAKAR. The meeting addressed the conference's goals, vision, and roadmap for the organization process.

The four-axis additive manufacturing robot arm project, led Asst. Prof. Mert Yildirim at Istanbul Gelişim University, has been deemed eligible for support by the IGU Research Projects Commission.
